This policy applies to all services provided, including but not limited to:
2.1 Non-Refundable Services
Once a treatment session has started, the service is non-refundable due to the nature of medical and wellness treatments.
2.2 Prepaid Packages
For packages involving multiple sessions:
Unused sessions may be eligible for a partial refund.
A processing fee of 5% will be deducted from the refund amount.
2.3 Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are non-refundable.
2.4 Cancellation Due to Clinic Issues
If we cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to provide timely notice will result in a cancellation fee of (5) percent.
For products sold at the clinic (e.g., skincare or Medicinal products):
Returns are accepted within 5 days of purchase with the original receipt.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
For cash payments, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.
